🔁 Returns Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original shipping date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligible Returns Must Meet the Following Conditions:

  • The item must be in brand new condition, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The item must not be modified, assembled, or ridden.

  • All original documentation, accessories, and packaging materials must be included.

  • A return must be requested and approved in writing prior to sending any item back to us.

🚫 Returns Are Not Accepted If:

  • The product has been opened, used, or assembled.

  • The product shows signs of wear, tampering, or has been fitted with aftermarket or non-genuine components.

  • The return request is submitted after 30 days from the shipping date.

  • The item was a special-order or customized configuration.

Important: Once your item has been dispatched and you’ve received a shipping confirmation, your order can no longer be cancelled—it must follow the return process outlined here.


🚚 Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured freight method when returning an item.

  • Talaria Bikes Australia reserves the right to refuse any return that arrives damaged or incomplete due to inadequate packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the return status—approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 15 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Please note:

  • We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.

  • Refunds will reflect only the product purchase price. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
