Our goal is to deliver a seamless and trustworthy experience—from checkout to the trail. Below is our updated Shipping and Warranty Policy to guide your purchase and ownership journey.
Due to the size and weight of our electric bikes, Talaria Bikes Australia ships all units via LTL Freight to ensure safe and secure delivery. Please read the following carefully to avoid delays or confusion:
Delivery Appointments: All shipments require a booked delivery time. Ensure you provide an accurate email address and mobile number during checkout so our freight partners can contact you for scheduling.
Freight Handling:
Liftgate service is included at no extra charge for residential deliveries.
Additional delivery services (such as in-home drop-off or upper-level access) are not included and must be arranged and paid for directly with the carrier.
Dispatch Times: We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday, and typically ship within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
If you place your order on a Thursday or later, it may ship the following week.
Delivery Regions:
We deliver Australia-wide. However, some remote or regional areas may not be serviceable by our freight providers. If your address is undeliverable, our team will contact you to discuss alternative options or delivery depots.
Shipping Insurance:
Freight shipments are insured, but it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the bike upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery docket before signing.
International Orders:
While we primarily serve Australia, we can arrange international delivery on request. Please contact us directly for quotes and eligibility based on your region.
At Talaria Bikes Australia, we stand behind the quality of our bikes. All units are backed by a 24-month limited warranty covering major components under normal use and maintenance.
Frame & structural components: 2 years
Motor, controller, and display unit: 2 years
Battery system: 12-month prorated warranty
Accessories (OEM only): 12 months
If a covered component is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the part at no cost to you (excluding labour or freight in some cases). All warranty work must be authorised by TBA and conducted by an approved technician or service partner.
Within the first 12 months, defective batteries will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Warranty for a replaced battery continues from the original purchase date.
Batteries must be evaluated by Talaria Bikes Australia to determine eligibility.
Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, paint chips)
Consumables (e.g., chains, brake pads, tyres, bearings, seals)
Damage due to misuse, racing, stunts, accidents, neglect, or poor maintenance
Electrical modifications or use of non-genuine components
Improper storage, charging, or water submersion
Commercial or rental use unless otherwise agreed in writing
Warranty is transferable upon resale, but the original proof of purchase from Talaria Bikes Australia must be provided.
Warranty claims without documentation will not be honoured.
Service or part replacements made without TBA’s prior written approval may void the warranty.
